The Volcano

The revolutionary 250LB Volcano is a plate-loadable steel tire flip + yoke training implement that can (a) effectively activate the same muscles used in flipping a tractor tire, (b) reduce many of the safety and storage hazards of full-scale tires, and (c) enable adjustable weight distribution for a truly customized workout.

Made in the USA from 3x3” and 2x3” steel tubing, the complete triangular Volcano unit creates a 69” x 48” footprint, doing the potential work of several strongman tires while occupying a fraction of the space. Better still, its versatile design means athletes can quickly switch to using the Volcano for their yoke carries / Zercher carries, front squats, and more.

All six of the Volcano’s weight posts have 9.75” of loadable length (compatible with any standard Oly plates), and all corners of the unit include a 1” rubberized cover to protect both the steel and your flooring through each flip.

Do note that the Volcano ships disassembled and does not come with plates or collars.
